My husband and I stumbled upon Barbara by accident! We were interested in a different house and another realtor accidentally relisted the aforementioned house with Barbara's contact information. When we called, Barbara graciously said she temporarily took a break from the reality business because of covid; however, after hearing how we're young, looking for guidance in buying our first home, and scared of racial discrimination since we're Asian, she became our realtor! The entire process, she had been nothing but proactive in pushing out offers for us on houses in Lancaster, while we're living in Boston. She was very open and honest about houses and didn't push us on any decisions. But she never failed to inform us of any relevant details and information. She even informed us we wouldn't like certain homes because of bad roofs etc. She's an amazing realtor and would honestly recommend her as a realtor. She definitely is the expert of the Lancaster County.

Very professional -Barbara helped us tremendously selling our home in PA. 

She is the best realtor that we ever worked with by far and we worked with many.

Barb was my realtor almost a year ago now and through the home buying process I could not have asked for a better agent. One she knew the price range and a general location she was on top of everything that hit the market. Any time she showed us a house she was prompt, well informed and very friendly. After only a couple weeks she found us a house that was perfect and the price had just been reduced. All through the inspection and buying process she made every call and sent every e-mail immediately. The turn around was incredible, I would recommend Barbara Maher to anyone shopping for a house.

Barbara did an excellent job as our agent. Through her we have our home in Lancaster City that we love. Everything from looking at houses to the final signatures, Barbara was there. She was great with negotiating for us, working into the evening many occasions for quick responses and negotiations with the seller. Barbara was recommended to me and I will be passing on the recommendations for anyone looking for a home in the area.
